Saturday Morning March 7, 2009, 7:45 to 8:45 AM.

Entry Fee $10.00 (one entry only)

Second Entry - Due to time delays that effect the competition of other wrestlers, no second entries will be allowed at this tournament for dual division entry.

Weight In

7:45 to 8:45 AM

No Fax Weighin. All weighins are on site after registration.

Be available by 9:45 to resolve any pairing issues so that the tournament may begin on time.

First Wrestling Session Begins Saturday Morning at 10:00 AM.

Orphans Wrestlers' Options

It is always a possibility that a registered wrestler will not have an opponent in this weight class. Any walk in tournament is faced with this situation. We offer several options for this situation.
An orphan wrestler will be automatically bumped to the next higher weight division, if the wrestler or coach does not respond to the pairings call.
Option 1 - Wrestler does not get medal and moves up to next weight division at no cost.
Option 2 - Take the medal for the weight bracket, pay an additional $5.00 for an entry into another weight or division.
Option 3 - Withdraw without a medal and receive your full entry fee. Note, USA Cards are not refundable.
Option 4 - Take the medal for the weight bracket and do not wrestle.

Directions

Take Interstate 40 to Hickory, North Carolina
Take Exit# 130, (Old Hwy 70) and turn Right onto Hwy 70
Go to the THIRD STOP LIGHT. Turn RIGHT onto Section House Road.
Stay on Section House Road until it ends at the next stop light. (Approximately 3.5 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto SPRINGS ROAD.
Go through the next stiop light and then move over to the inside lane
At the next (second) stop light turn LEFT. This will be the road leading to St. Stephens High School.
Turn LEFT at the high school fence and follow the road to the parking lot.

Concessions ...............Fresh and Hot Pizza, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Nachoes, Candy and Drinks.
